Culinary Ireland

Ireland is an amazingly hospitable country with a rich and colorful history, much of it involving food.

It seems people have a lot of assumptions about what constitutes the Irish diet—namely potatoes and alcohol—but there is so much more. My presentation to the Culinary Historians of Southern California reveals some intriguing things I’ll bet you didn’t know about the cuisine of the Emerald Isle.
